What is the product warranty?

Our products offer the warranty granted by the manufacturer that is 1 year , as established by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/ 2007 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Please, print the bill in PDF file we send by email and keep it for a year, because that is your warranty, and it must be produced to our qualified service if required.

Can have the bill on behalf of my company?

Indeed. At the time you fill out the billing and delivery form, you have the option to indicate the name of your company (if applicable), you can also indicate whether you want the delivery address and billing to be different .

How much do I pay for shipping?

For orders above 150 €, the delivery will be free of charge (must check this option when ordering). For others, shipments will be 7 € within the peninsula. For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, the Islands or outside Spain, please contact info@jtcspain.com.

What happens if I receive a damaged accesorie for blender, or a damage proffesional blender?

If you got a product with a manufacturing flaw, please contact us by mail at info@jtcspain.com. Any product with manufacturing flaws will be exchanged at our expense. A carrier will collect the item and it will be replaced by a similar item in perfect condition. Remember to keep the package and box intact, as well as the shipment number and the invoice you were given.

Do I have to register to make a purchase of commercial blenders and accessories?

No registration is required to buy commercial blenders, parts or accessories. Except in case you would like to get any voucher or promotion. However, we recommend register in order to get access to order-tracking, newsletters, offers and promotions.
